What sets the Advanced Ballistic Shield™ apart is its unique, patent-pending two-piece front and rear exoskeleton armor retention frame. This innovative frame provides a rigid, secure carry system without the need for drilled holes or screws, which can compromise the integrity of the protective armor. Using a geometric perimeter retention design, the rigid ABS™ frame eliminates the "sag" often experienced with fabric based load bearing suspension systems, offering the solid feel, comfort, and control of shields traditionally suspended by bolted handles. Additionally, the frame is modular, allowing for easy attachment of accessories and offering replaceable components, all without the high cost of replacing the entire shield.
